Chat history is stored both in your browser's local storage and synced to our Supabase servers when you are signed in. Uploaded images and files are stored in Supabase Storage — see the "Image & Data Storage" section for complete details.
To generate AI responses, your queries and uploaded content are sent to the following third-party providers. Each provider has their own privacy policy and data handling practices:

Paid plans are billed on a 30-day cycle from the date of purchase. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Plan limits reset every 30 days from your purchase date.

All content, branding, design, AI prompts, and technology of Wellness Oracle are the property of its founders and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the service without prior written consent from Wellness Oracle.
You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading, you grant us only the limited licence described in Section 5 above.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Wellness Oracle and its founders shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

We make no warranty, express or implied, about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or usefulness of any AI-generated content. You should independently verify any important health information with qualified professionals before acting on it.
Your queries and uploaded content are sent to third-party AI inference providers (Groq, Anthropic, Google) to generate responses. These providers process your data under their own privacy policies. We route all AI calls through our secure Supabase Edge Function proxy — API keys are never exposed to your browser.
Voice mode transcribes your speech using Whisper AI. Transcription may be inaccurate due to background noise, accents, or audio quality. Medical terms, drug names, and numbers may be misheard. Always review the transcribed text for accuracy before relying on the AI's voice response.
