When you use Wellness Oracle, we may collect:
Your data is stored securely on Supabase (PostgreSQL) with encryption at rest and in transit. We apply industry-standard security practices. Chat history is stored in your browser's local storage and optionally synced to our servers when you are signed in.
We never sell your personal data. We may share data with:
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. You may delete your account directly within the app, which will permanently erase all stored data. For other requests, contact us at wellnessoracle.ai@gmail.com.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Chat history is retained for 12 months. Uploaded files are processed in real-time and not permanently stored on our servers.
Wellness Oracle is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Wellness Oracle uses a large language model (LLM) to generate responses. AI-generated content can sometimes be:

Your queries are sent to a third-party AI inference provider (Groq) to generate responses. We strip personally identifiable information where possible before sending queries. Please do not include sensitive personal identifiers (national ID, passwords, financial details) in your messages.
